Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 10, 2026 | NorthAnchor LLC, London, Kentucky

This Privacy Policy describes how NorthAnchor LLC collects, uses, stores, and discloses information about users of the BLACKBOOK platform. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described herein.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect: (a) information you provide directly — email address, display name, and hashed password upon registration; (b) payment information processed by third-party payment processors — we do not store card numbers; (c) feedback content submitted through the in-platform form; and (d) usage data collected automatically — IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, session duration, and access timestamps.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected information to: (a) create and maintain your account; (b) authenticate your identity; (c) process and manage your Subscription; (d) deliver Platform features; (e) send transactional communications; (f) respond to support requests; (g) detect and prevent fraud and security incidents; (h) enforce our Terms of Service; and (i) analyze usage and improve the Platform. We do not use your information for targeted advertising and do not display third-party advertisements.

3. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the Platform with: (a) payment processors for Subscription transactions; (b) cloud infrastructure providers hosting the Platform; and (c) financial data API providers delivering Platform features. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of NorthAnchor or its users.

4. DATA RETENTION

Project Blackbook maintains a standalone Data Retention Policy that governs how we collect, store, and manage your data. Please review our Data Retention Policy at projectblackbook.app/legal/data-retention for complete information on retention periods, deletion practices, and your rights.

5. SECURITY

We implement reasonable safeguards including bcrypt password hashing, HTTPS encryption, JWT authentication, firewall controls, and regular backups. No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You may: (a) access and update your email and display name in account settings; (b) request a copy of your personal data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) object to or request restriction of certain processing. The Platform stores authentication tokens in browser local storage for session management. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. Server logs collect standard access metadata as described above.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us immediately.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
